Late last year, The BLINK Foundation received final IRS approval as a 501C3 non for profit. The BLINK Foundation is a chairity which was started by Marcus and Marvelyne Engel to help get Marcus’ message of overcoming adversity and intelligent choices into the hearts and minds of those who need it the most, but who have the least ability to get it. For years, Marcus has inspired at risk youth and students to view obstacles as opportunity, encourage intelligent choices and to know the past does not have to define the future. Here’s the site:

Then, when the I’m Here Movement took off in early 2013, we wanted to include the I’m Here Movement as a sub-section of The BLINK Foundation. The I’m Here Movement is a reminder to health care professionals that they have the power to comfort and heal patients with simple human presence. Here’s the I’m Here Movement site:
